New Shared Wellness Center
Opening in June 2025, the Shared Wellness Center will offer a variety of mindfulness practices, including meditation, sound baths, yoga, and supportive groups like Safe Circles. Expressive activities focused on art, music, and self-advocacy will also be available to foster connection and meaningful peer relationships.
Our core services focus on individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health diagnoses, with mindfulness programs emphasizing self-regulation as the foundation of emotional stability. We’re currently accepting referrals for Behavioral Support, Community Participation, and Family Education.
Additionally, we’ll open our doors in the evenings to the broader community, providing self-care resources on a sliding scale. Everyone is welcome to join us on this journey toward wellness—yes, we’ll even be juicing together!
